Terms of Service

  1. must pay in full up front

  2. no refunds unless under special circumstances

  3. agree and acknowledge the process may take weeks to months

  4. i have the right to post the commission on any of my social media

  5. client may not claim the art as their own creation

  6. i have the right to refuse requests i’m uncomfortable with

  7. i have the right to cancel the commission and have no further business with client if they act in unprofessional ways and i will not refund them

  8. these terms will apply whether client has read them or not
